FAQ
How can I place an order?
If desired piece is on the site or you have your own idea/design
fill out the form under ‘Personalized Order’ menu and
I will get back to you.
How is the price determined?
Price is determined by size, yarn used, design, shipping, as well as the shape
(round, square, rectangle or custom shape).
Shipping for Croatia is FREE for all orders
and for other European countries it’s FREE for all orders over 400e.
Otherwise shipping is calculated by the price and size of the rug.
What is the estimated time for an order?
Delivery time for a custom order depends on many factors: size of your rug,
design you want on your rug, ammount of current orders
and most importantly shipping address.
Delivery time for a rug available on our web store will usually take between 2-3 weeks
depending on your shipping address but you will always get an estimate
when making an order.
After the rug has been sent you will get a tracking number which you will be able
to use to follow your order.
How are the payments made?
For available rugs 100% of the payment is made before the rug is sent.
For custom rugs 50% deposit of the agreed price is made before the production of your rug.
After your rug is finished you will recieve photos and videos of the finished product, then
the remaining 50% must be paid before the rug is sent.
How can I clean the rug?
DO NOT WASH IN THE WASHING MACHINE!
A handmade rug can be vacuumed regularly like any other rug and is recommended to vacuum
once a week to keep it clean and minimize shedding.
To remove wet stains, use a paper towel or rag to absorb it.
For other stains use lukewarm water and a cloth or sponge to dampen the stain,
soak up the water with a cloth, and repeat until the stain fades.
Avoid drenching the rug to preserve the glue holding the tufts in place.
Avoid scrubbing the rug and using chemicals during cleaning, as this will damage the yarns and dissolve
the glue that holds the carpet together
Do tufted rugs shed?
Yes, tufted rugs, especially wool ones, may shed initially, but this typically decreases over
time. Regular vacuuming helps to manage shedding.
What is a tufted rug?
A tufted rug is a type of rug made by punching strands of wool or other fibers through a
backing material with a tufting gun.
Once the yarn is in place, the rug is finished by applying a secondary backing to keep the fibers secure.
Tufted rugs are known for their softness and dense texture.
Can I place my tufted rug in a high-traffic area?
Tufted rugs can withstand moderate traffic, but they may not be ideal for high-traffic
areas.
In high-traffic spaces, consider rotating the rug occasionally to ensure even wear.
